Biography
Azra Kifić is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, graduating magna cum laude, and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With over nine years of experience in inpatient general medicine, neurosurgery, and critical care, Azra brings a broad range of expertise to her practice.
In addition to her clinical work, Azra is passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. She is dedicated to supporting young nurses, providing guidance and encouragement through organizations like St. Louis Balkan American Connection (STLBAC). She also finds great fulfillment in mentoring aspiring students through preceptorship programs at the hospitals where she has practiced.
Fluent in English, Bosnian, Croatian, and Montenegrin, Azra embraces cultural diversity and is dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care. Recently relocated to New York City from St. Louis, she enjoys exploring the city and traveling with her husband in her free time.
