Concorde Medical Group accepts most major insurance plans.  Please use our Insurance Directory to locate a Concorde physician who participates in your insurance.

Attention: Concorde Patients who purchase their health insurance on the NYS Exchange

EMPIRE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD CHANGED THE NAME/DESIGN OF THEIR BCBS PATHWAYS EXCHANGE PRODUCT!

"BCBS Pathways" on the NYS EXCHANGE is now called EPO and there are 4 benefit levels to choose from: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.

All Concorde Providers who participate with Empire BCBS partipate in these exchange plans.*

*NOTE: However, Concorde providers do not participate with products sold that use the Blue Priority Network.

We at Concorde are very concerned about preserving the continuity of your care when these changes take place. Please check with your physician’s office to find out what other health plans your doctor accepts.
